Quanto a Copri abito/Porta abiti,il componente più importante è la cerniera,la qualità della cerniera determinerà la vita lavorativa del prodotto,ci sono molte cerniere in diversi gradi di qualità sul mercato,ma acquistiamo solo cerniere di qualità superiore che è di livello superiore al normale,la fabbrica di chiusure lampo con cui lavoriamo ha una buona reputazione in questo campo poiché ispeziona ogni cerniera prima di inviarcela,il nostro team di controllo qualità controllerà anche la cerniera prima di cucire e imballare,quindi ci sono totalmente tre volte QC per la cerniera.

Un'altra parte importante di Suit Cover/Garment Bag è il tessuto,è durevole o non dipende dalla qualità del tessuto. Usiamo sempre un grado A per tutti i tessuti come il polipropilene,Poliestere,Oxford,Tela,PEVA e Vinile.
